New: Securepoint Unified Mail Archive (UMA)



Securepoint Unified Mail Archive (UMA) is a stand-alone IT server application that integrates with an enterprise email server, such as Microsoft Exchange or other mail server. In addition to simply accumulating email messages, these applications index and provide quick, searchable access to archived messages independent of the users of the system using a couple of different technical methods of implementation. UMA works conforming to the law, and includes protection of mission critical data, record retention for regulatory requirements or litigation, and reducing production email server load. UMA stores emails in their original format which, in order to meet compliance regulations, cannot be altered. UMA uses qualified time stamps from trust center AuthentiDate and Governikus LZA (government standard product).

The Securepoint Network Access Controller (NAC) provides access security and mobility management solutions on wireless and wired networks. These solutions, aimed towards small and large enterprises, hotels, educational establishments, hospitals or even administrations, allow remote mobile users and guests to connect to the network in a convenient and secure manner in order to utilise business communication applications. NEW: KV-SafeNet UTM Gateway for doctor's practice and hospital facilities



Online billing for german physicians will become mandatory from January 1, 2011 under the resolution adopted by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV). To meet these requirements, Securepoint and KV-SafeNet provider Medical IT Services are offering Securepoint KV-SafeNet UTM gateway, which provides simple, secure access to the KV-SafeNet run by the Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Internet. Physicians will in future have access to the online services of their Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and, for instance, be able to process their quarterly bills electronically or send/receive referral letters, DMP (disease management program) documentation or screening colonoscopies digitally. This new solution means data no longer need to be stored on a CD or diskettes, and sent through the mail.
