Securepoint/TERRA KV-SafeNet UTM gateways and appliances
Secure online billing for german physicians will become mandatory from January 1, 2011 under the resolution adopted by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV). To meet these requirements, Securepoint and KV-SafeNet provider Medical IT Services are offering Securepoint KV-SafeNet UTM gateway, which provides simple, secure access to the KV-SafeNet run by the Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Internet. Physicians will in future have access to the online services of their Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and, for instance, be able to process their quarterly bills electronically or send/receive referral letters, DMP (disease management program) documentation or screening colonoscopies digitally. This new solution means data no longer need to be stored on a CD or diskettes, and sent through the mail. Consequently, all processes can be mapped more reliably, saving time and money, and with no media incompatibilities.

KV-SafeNet UTMs for 1 to 5,000 users
The appliances are especially certified and designed for medical practices and hospitals with 1 to 5,000 users. The appliances allow to communicate directly with german physicians, and are the only systems which can be used together with the Internet.
Absolute VPN compatibility included
Already from the day of delivery you have as much VPN channels on IPsec, Open VPN (SSL) and L2TP/PPTP base with IKEv1/IKEv2-support available. Also you find in the scope of delivery our toll free Securepoint VPN Client (OpenVPN SSL) which you can use as often as you like without any additional fees.
Comfortable administration and maximum safety
A fast setup is provided by the simple usage of the web interface and the set up wizard. To make the branch networking comfortable to the administrator all VPN channels can be installed with our user friendly wizard within a couple of seconds. For an easier view over the entire network, up to 65,535 VPN and systems you have the possibility to order an additional Management tool, the Securepoint Operation Center.
